John started writing about HR and HR tech in 2012, and has struggled to shake the bug ever since. He joined the People HR team in 2013, and during his time there built one of the most popular HR software blogs in the UK – a place where he interviewed leading industry experts, and tackled thorny topical issues from office politics to software pricing strategies. John has a particular interest in organisational psychology, and the way different HR strategies can impact how a workforce behaves. He currently runs the content and marketing teams at The Sense Group, and during his free time can be found watching the Sheffield Steelers play ice hockey.
