Yes! Sense integrates with a number of popular business tools and apps, such as Sage or Xero payroll. But you also get the benefit of other Sense Workplace apps and products, too - including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), our time clocks, our Sense Presence real-time location system, and many more. Of course, you don't have to take all products from Sense Workplace - if you want to manage time and attendance with Sense, but prefer to keep your HR system with another provider, then that's fine too. Just chat to us about the tools you want to use, and we'll be happy to show you how they all fit together.
Sense Presence is only a small part of Sense Workplace. Location tracking is not for everybody, and it certainly isn't mandatory! You can take advantage of our time clocks and Sense Badges without ever switching location services on if you like - and you're also free to use our other capabilities, including our integrated HR system, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and our mobile app. You can also configure location intelligence to be switched on for certain teams - such as vulnerable lone workers or field-based teams - but keep it off for others - such as your office staff. The choice is yours!
Sense is designed to incorporate all types of worker on all types of contracts. And it is especially good for helping to manage office attendance within hybrid teams - especially those where a certain level of office attendance is mandotory, but people don't necessarily have set days where they're expected in. Sense is also perfect for lone or remote workers, as we can help you find and protect them in an emergency. Or for those simply working from home, you can keep location services switched off. Sense is also designed for different worker types, including full-time part-time, seasonal, zero hour, freelance and more.
Implementation is included as part of your journey when you join Sense, and each customer will be assigned their own implementation specialist who will take them through the process of data transfer, system configuration, and even rollout to staff.
